G4 Supplements(G4S) stands behind all of our items. Please report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt as designated by delivery confirmation.
Email us at info.g4supplements@gmail.com , and our staff will usually respond within 24 hours with instructions for replacement. Returned items will be exchanged for similar items. If you fail to report damaged or missing items within 48 hours, we cannot honor your claim. Upon returning merchandise to merchant, customer is awarded full credit in the amount of purchase towards the purchase of similar merchandise, or alternatively, full credit with less shipping costs and 15% re-stocking fee. Customer has the right to change their mind regarding an order received. In this case, customer is responsible for both shipping and return postage, and will receive store credit, or credit/bonus in the amount of the transaction less shipping, handling, and insurance incurred by Merchant. Any order being returned for a credit must arrive here no later than 10 days from the date of purchase.  If the shipping error is our fault, we will either credit your account in full, or issue a store credit for an amount equal to the error. The bottom line is if you do not like what you purchased, send it back. We want you to be happy.
