We have been in search of a shopping cart for years that would reward our dedicated customers. So what’s our rewards program? Quite simply, for every dollar you spend on products (including shipping or not), you get one reward point. The reward amount to earn products depends upon your frequent purchase. You do not have to keep track of anything, our system will calculate and track your rewards for you. Each time you purchase from us, you will see the rewards awarded for the purchase. When you log in, you will see a current total of your points, as well as the option to use them.

If you want to use the rewards, you must log in first. You cannot add the items to your cart as you normally would.

From time to time, we will announce special rewards to customers via emails or sms. You can get some really good deals.

We accept payments via T/T Bank Transfer in either of our company accounts which will be given to you once your order has been approved.

If you are concerned about your bank’s fee for international wire transfers, you can go through another wiring service like Western Union/Moneygram. The fees from Western Union/Moneygram are usually less than the fees charged by your bank, around $10,$15 … per transfer.

I prefer this method. How do I order?

1-Simply add the desired items to your cart as you normally would.

2-Check out, and enter your name and address(with contact number).

3-Print the check-out page and mail it to our office (sales@g4supplements.com.ua / info.g4supplements@gmail.com).

4-When we receive and confirm your order, we will forward you the required details for the funds transfer.

5-Once the funds is deposited, we will ship your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

-We are sorry to inform you that we do not have this service here in Ukraine. We assure that as soon as it is operational, we will make it available for you.

We process all orders at 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed first thing the following Monday morning. Most items are in stock and will be shipped out the same day or the following morning. All orders are shipped from our warehouse.

We believe in your absolute right to satisfaction. We do not collect, sell, rent or distribute your personal information unless required by law. For DHL/TNT/EMS shipping all orders are shipped in a XL,XXL ctns/boxes etc.

We ship all orders via the above listed courier services for all international orders. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship world wide via these Services. Sorry, we realize this is more expensive, but necessary due to many lost packages.

If you require your order in an expedited manner, please contact us at info.g4supplements@gmail.com. For an additional charge (levied by the carrier) we can ship overnight, and 1 or 2 day air.

Occasionally packages are returned to us because the address provided was incorrect and could not be delivered.  It is very important  the address you enter is correct.  We are unable to refund shipping on orders which are returned under these circumstances.

All items on our website are in stock. In the unusual case where demand exceeds supply, we can obtain the items within 2 days max.

When an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. Customarily, we will hold your order until we can ship the entire order. This ensures accuracy, and you get precisely what you ordered.

We continually add to our warehouse. We listen to our customers and their needs. If there is something that you want, but do not see it on the site, please let us know. We work with several large master wholesalers/exporters, and can usually obtain specialty items within 2 days.

G4 Supplements(G4S) stands behind all of our items. Please report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt as designated by delivery confirmation.

Email us at info.g4supplements@gmail.com , and our staff will usually respond within 24 hours with instructions for replacement. Returned items will be exchanged for similar items. If you fail to report damaged or missing items within 48 hours, we cannot honor your claim. Upon returning merchandise to merchant, customer is awarded full credit in the amount of purchase towards the purchase of similar merchandise, or alternatively, full credit with less shipping costs and 15% re-stocking fee. Customer has the right to change their mind regarding an order received. In this case, customer is responsible for both shipping and return postage, and will receive store credit, or credit/bonus in the amount of the transaction less shipping, handling, and insurance incurred by Merchant. Any order being returned for a credit must arrive here no later than 10 days from the date of purchase.  If the shipping error is our fault, we will either credit your account in full, or issue a store credit for an amount equal to the error. The bottom line is if you do not like what you purchased, send it back. We want you to be happy.

We gladly ship to all countries with no exception. Delivery time for international orders can take up to 3-7 days due to transit delays and issues, etc. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for any customs or duties if you are from Haiti, Senegal & India.
