Directions For Amino Synergy:

POWDER: Mix one scoop with 10-14 oz of water 1-3 times per day. Consume pre, intra, and post workout or between meals.

VEGETABLE CAPSULES: Take four capsules 1-3 times per day. Consume pre, intra, and post-workout or in between meals.
